Our custom design process begins with a consultation (in person, or virtual) to understand your vision, style, and budget. If you have an idea in mind, great! We can work off what you've been loving and create something from your vision.

We'll discuss your preferences for gemstones, metals, and design elements. From there, we will decide on which of our many skilled designers is right for your custom ring. We will get quotes, bring in diamonds for you to view, and guide you through each step of the process. Once all the details are finalized, diamond is picked, and you sign our special order form, our designers will handcraft your dream ring with meticulous attention to detail.

Note that for custom orders, we take a 50% deposit down at the time of placing the order, and the remaining balance is due when the piece arrives.

The timeline varies depending on the designer, and how long it takes to finalize all the custom details. From the start of the process, it's good to estimate around 10 weeks for until you have the ring in hand, ready to propose. We'll provide you with a more accurate estimate during your consultation.

Peridot is located in Larchmont, NY (Westchester County) just a quick 30-minute train ride on the Metro North from Grand Central in New York City.

You can take the Metro North train from Grand Central (the New Haven line) directly to Larchmont. From the train station, we're just a 5-minute walk!

If you're driving, we're conveniently located just off I-95 on exit 17. There are many ways to get to us from the city by car. You can always call us if you are looking for the easiest directions!

There is lots of street parking in Larchmont where you can pay the meter or using the Passport parking app.

Come to visit us on a Saturday, and enjoy the year round farmer's market in the nearby Larchmont train station lot! It's filled with amazing produce, delicious bread, and other scrumptious treats.

We're located near other great retail stores like Palmer and Purchase, Love Bella, and more. Make it a full day shopping experience.
